Commenting on the myriad of green initiatives at IFFS 2012, Mr James Goh, President of SFIC said, “It is imperative that the furniture industry embrace the move towards creating a sustainable eco-system and not let business concerns take priority over our responsibilities to our environment. We hope to change mindsets and educate the furniture industry as this is not only about the long term survival of the planet but also the continued viability of their businesses as well.”
